Subscribing to nextunlimited - To subscribe to nextunlimited, you must have a valid e-mail address registered to your account.
Purchasing nextunlimited -The service costs £20 for 12 months’ subscription. The charge for the nextunlimited service will not be included in any other offer or incentive.
Activating nextunlimited -The service will be immediately activated upon sign up.
Next credit account holders - If you are a credit account holder, the nextunlimited subscription charge will be added to your credit account and will show on your statement as a one off charge for the year. Interest will be charged on the subscription if you do not pay off your balance in full before the next statement from the statement date following the date on which the subscription is added to your account. At the time of your purchase, the charge will be added to your total at checkout.
Using nextunlimited - nextunlimited orders can be placed over the telephone, or online once you have logged into your account at next.co.uk. Subject to the exceptions listed below, the nextunlimited service includes orders for home delivery, 2 person delivery items, deliveries to Hermes Parcel Shops and courier collection of any fashion item.
Not included with nextunlimited:
1. Orders placed for Precise Home delivery and Precise Furniture (2 hour slot) delivery. These are available at a reduced cost using nextunlimited.
2. Orders for the following: fresh flowers, Art2 Order, Gift Cards, gift experiences, items from Next Garden, some personalised items and items made to order, fitted bedrooms by Hammonds and large domestic appliances.
3. Collections of 2 person items and domestic appliances.
Standard next day delivery - The standard next day delivery service applies to most orders placed before 12 midnight. All courier delivery services are subject to stock, courier area and availability and demand.
Conditions of use - The service is for personal use only and is not available for customers who purchase goods for business, re-sale or wholesale purposes. It is your responsibility to ensure you use the nextunlimited service in accordance with the terms and conditions. Any breach by you will result in the termination of your subscription and no refund will be given. Next reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions and/or discontinue the offer at any time. If Next discontinues the offer, you will be refunded pro rata for the remaining months of your subscription.
Cancelling nextunlimited - You can cancel this subscription within the first 14 days after requesting it, if the service has not been used. If you wish to cancel, please login to your account at next.co.uk and click on the nextunlimited section of ‘My Account’. After this time, no refund can be given, including if credit is withdrawn or you close your credit account.
Renewing nextunlimited - If you have a credit account you will be contacted before your 12 month subscription is automatically renewed. Please note, in order for your subscription to be renewed your account must have sufficient credit to cover the renewal cost. For customers without a credit account, we will contact you before your subscription is due to expire. The subscription is non-transferable between accounts.
