This is my second seat, and thankfully appears to be all in order. However dealing with Cosatto customer service was not a pleasant experience. They did not believe me when I rang to say 1st seat was broken. I returned the 1st seat unused & had to chase to see if it had been received (they did not ring me) Even when tech team looked at the seat they claimed it was as it should be - each time on the phone I explained where the fault was Three times they looked at seat before they authorised a replacement based on what I had said & photos sent days before - not even an apology for taking so long to finally agree yes it was broken & authorse a replacement. I am hoping the seat is everything I hoped for & need for my grandchildren but would I recommend Cosatto as a company to do business with? Probably not ! Originally posted on www.cosatto.com
