I purchased this as a replacement for a very old Fitbit. My long term plan was to purchase the Apple watch that linked to my iPhone and iPad. This watch links to my phone and the Apple health app. It does everything I need it to do and I won’t be buying the alternative any time soon.It was easy to set up via the downloaded app and the battery life is excellent
