It was easy to set up using the reflex active app. Some useful stats can be recorded. It can also be synced to iPhone Health. I use for step counts & heart rate. Would recommend as a much cheaper alternative to an Apple Watch.

I'm a bit disappointed with this product. There isn't as much functionality as i had hoped for, for example, I would like the option to deactivate the screen light each time my wrist moves as it saves battery power. The battery life isn't as long as i hoped for. I do like the screen size and the general appearance of the watch.

The watch does not operate as it should I cannot select a watch face. Poor instructions for set up, can only charge for 2 hours. Dissapointed.
