I use a tiny amount every day for a minute or so and wash out just like a normal conditioner and it has turned awful frizzy dry menopause hair into shiny thick healthy hair again! It smells delicious! I could not bear to live without this! NOTHING I have tried, even from Aveda, compares! Aveda.. you should market this as a menopausal woman's dream hair remedy!!
